Kellie Bright was born as Kellie Denise Bright on 1st July 1976. She was born and raised in Brentwood, Essex, England. She attended The Sylvia Young Theatre School.

Bright began her acting career at an early age of 11. She featured on stage shows like Annie and Les Miserables. She was then cast in the British TV series such as T-Bag, Maid Marian, and Her Merry Men. In 1990, she gained an opportunity to play the role of Joanna Burrows in TV series, The Upper Hand.

Besides acting, she served as receptionist at London’s nightclub to make ends meet. In 1995, she voiced the main role in Radio 4’s The Archers and was with the series till 2014. She made her guest appearance in the shows like Da Ali G Show, Holby City, Casualty, The Catherine Tate Show and Vera.

She also starred in the series such as Bad Girls, and Rock & Chips.  Likewise, she became the runner-up of BBC One’s show Strictly Come Dancing in its 13th episode.

Kellie Bright is a married woman. She tied the knot with her husband, Paul Stocker on 5th July 2014 at Trelill, Cornwall in presence of friends and family. The duo stayed as a boyfriend and girlfriend for quite a long time before deciding to be together forever.

They welcomed their first child named Freddie together on 19th May 2016 while she gave birth to her younger son, Gene on 21st November 2016. The couple also featured in OK! magazine.
