Pawn Stars’ ‘Old Man’, Richard Harrison dead aged 77
“Death never takes the wise man by surprise; he is always ready to go.” And the legendary actor, Richard Harrison was ready to go as he bites his tongue a day go. He died after a battle with Parkinson’s disease aged 77.
Known as The Old Man and The Appraiser, Richard Benjamin Harrison Jr. was born on March 4, 1941, in Danville, Virginia. He was an American businessman and reality television personality. Richard and his son, Rick Harrison,53, opened the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in 1989, which they co-owned until his last breath on June 25, 2018.
Richard’s son, Rick said to a gossip monger,
Richard Benjamin ‘The Old Man’ Harrison passed away this morning surrounded by those he loved. He will be tremendously missed by our family, the team at Gold & Silver Pawn and his many fans the world over. He was my hero and I was fortunate to get a very cool ‘Old Man’ as my dad,”
Loss of such a talented person has saddened us a lot. Rest In Peace Richard Harrison.
