Looks like, The Boy Next Door Actress, Jennifer Lopez was not so happy with her old house. Along with her current boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez, she has brought a new home with an immense price tag.

Like 'With great Power COmes Great Responsibilities, With a tremendously big house, come a big Price Tag.' Isn't it? 

But the cost won't be such a big deal if both the couple are wealthy enough to buy anything as they want.

The new couple of Hollywood, Jennifer and Alex bought a lavish apartment in Manhattan's 432 Park Avenue. The condo is worth $15.3 million, which is not a big deal for an actress whose net worth is $360 million. Also, her boyfriend's net worth is $300 million.

Their resident consists of three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It has access to about 30,000 square feet of amenities including a private restaurant, indoor swimming pool, fitness center and a screening/performance venue.

Both the couple have their separates expensive properties in Miami, LA.

Unlike other relationship of JLO, we hope her relationship with Alex stays for an extended period. And may they share their beautiful moments together in their home.
