Pearl Thusi Early life and Education

Pearl Thusi was born on 13th May 1988, in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. She is the daughter of Bhekizizwe Thusi. Thusi holds African-American ethnicity and belongs to a South African nationality. She grew up along with her sisters Pamela Thusi and Prunella Thusi. 

Thusi attended the Wits Business School. Moreover, she graduated from the University of South Africa.

In 2009, Pearl Thusi made her acting debut through the television series The No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency playing the role of Patricia Kopong. After that, she appeared in the series including  Live Amp in 2011 and  Tropika Island of Treasure in 2013.

Thusi next appeared in the series Lip Sync Battle Africa in 2016. Moreover, from 2016 to 2017, Thusi portrayed the role of Dayana Mampasi in the series Quantico.

Likewise, Thusi made her movie debut through Tremors 5: Bloodlines in 2015 playing the role of Dr. Nandi Montabu. The same year, she further appeared in Einfach Rosa: Wolken uber Kapstadt as Nandi.
