Monique Coleman Biography

Monique Coleman is an American actress, entrepreneur, dancer, philanthropist, and singer. She is mainly known for her role in High School Musical movies. She also had a recurring role in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.


Monique was born on November 13, 1980, in Orangeburg, South Carolina, U.S. her birth name is Adrienne Monique Coleman. At a very young age, she started her acting career in television and theater. She was trained at the Workshop Theatre School of Dramatic Arts. She appeared in several local and regional commercials. She also did few supporting roles in films. She studied at the Heathwood Hall Episcopal School. She then studied at The Theatre School at DePaul University. In 2002, she earned her BFA in Acting from there. In 2012, she visited the American Farm School in Greece.

She got her first lead role in the independent film Mother of the River. The film was awarded many awards at film festivals in Chicago. She appeared in several episodes of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody like Forever Plaid, Not So Suite 16, Neither a Borrower Nor a Speller Bee and A Prom Story. She also had guest appearances on television which include Malcolm in the Middle, Married to the Kellys, Boston Public, Strong Medicine, Veronica Mars, 10-8: Officers on Duty and Gilmore Girls. In 2006, she was in the first ever Disney Channel Games. She was on the blue team with Vanessa Hudgens, Brenda Song, Brandon Baker, Cole Sprouse, Brenda Song, Jason Earles and Corbin Bleu. She appeared in the show Dance With Me and showed her ballroom skills there. She partnered with National Youth Latin Champion Jared Murillo. 

She also has hosted 3 Minute Game Show: High School Musical Edition on Disney Channel. For the holiday album entitled A Disney Channel Holiday, she recorded a song called “Christmas Vacation”. She then appeared in the sequel of High School Musical, High School Musical 2 in 2007. She did voice job of the Winx Club character Layla/Aisha in the action film Secret of the Lost Kingdom. Bea Miller is an American actress, singer, and songwriter. She is mainly known as one of the contestants of season two of The X Factor. She came ninth place in the competition. She was part of the Teens category which was mentored by Britney Spears. After the competition, she was signed by Syco Music and Hollywood Records. In 2014 she released her debut EP and on July 24, 2015, she released her debut album “Not an Apology”.


Bea was born on February 7, 1999, in Maplewood, New Jersey, United States. Her birth name is Beatrice Annika “Bea” Miller. Bridgit Mendler is an American singer, record producer, songwriter, and actress. She began her career in the animated film The Legend of Buddha. She is mainly known for her television series Good Luck Charlie by Disney Channel Original. She played the character of Teddy Ducan in it.


Bridgit was born on December 18, 1992, in Washington D.C. Her father name is Harry Mendler and her mother name is Leah Mendler. When she was eight years old, she moved to Mill Valley, California with her family. She started taking part in local roles and became the youngest to perform at the San Francisco Fringe Festival.

In 2005 he released his self-titled debut EP. His two songs “IT” and “What Happened To Our Love” gained nationwide radio play on CBC Radio One. CBC host Brent Bambury, Relient K’s Matt Thiessen, CBC Radio producer Kai Black and singer-songwriter Ron Sexsmith were among early supporters. Toronto’s No. 1 Pop/AC radio station MIX 99.9 FM held the songwriting contest in 2006. He won the contest with his skills. Along with Burton Cummings and Randy Bachman, he went on tour. He was responded by several labels to his debut but he opted to forego a major label deal. He spent extended periods of time in New York City, Los Angeles, and Nashville. He most of the time spent his living in his Airstream trailer in Nashville. He there spent time writing songs with pop and country artists which include Grammy-nominated country band Emerson Drive.

Joshua Bartholomew

In 2008, Bartholomew self-released his first full-length and in 2009, he released a 4 song Ep as a digital download. He posted a video on his official website in January 2011. He stated that he had begun working on his new album with several collaborators which includes Warren Huart, Dave Kushner, Billy Mohler and Chris Thorn. He announced that he will shorten his name to Bartholomew from Joshua Bartholomew. He changed his Facebook fan page to Bartholomew from Joshua Bartholomew on January 25, 2011. He has cited Led Zeppelin and Magical Mystery Tour as his favorite albums. He opened his musical heroes Bachman-Cummings and Ron Sexsmith in 2006. He also stated that Dave Sardy as his most important production influence.


He was nominated for Best Original Song at the 87th Academy Awards. He was also nominated for Grammy Award for Best Song Written for Visual Media. He won the nomination for Critic’s Choice Movie Award. He also was nominated for a Satellite Award for Best Original Song. In 2014 Denver Film Critics Society awarded him for Best Original Song. In the same year, he won Iowa Film Critics for Best Original Song. In 2015 he was awarded Talk Film Society awards for Best Original Song.
